Ready, Set, Explore! Our Treasure Hunt Quiz Is Officially Underway

It’s official—our Treasure Hunt Quiz is now live! Over the weekend, we distributed quiz sheets to local pick-up points—ready for you to collect and begin your adventure.

From now through 31st July 2025, explore Dunbeath and Berriedale at your own pace. Discover familiar landmarks, uncover hidden gems, and refresh your local knowledge while enjoying a fun, self-guided challenge—and by taking part, you’ll also be supporting local fundraising efforts that help strengthen our community. Team up with friends, family, or neighbours to share the fun and enjoy the adventure together.

Quiz sheets are priced at just £2 and available for pick-up at the following local collection points:

• Dunbeath Post Office

• Dunbeath Spar Shop

• Dunbeath & District Centre

• Portland Estate Office, Berriedale

• Cormack Butchers, Latheronwheel

• Premier Store, Lybster

How To Enter

Complete the quiz and return your entry by 31st July 2025. Entries can be dropped off at Dunbeath Post Office, Dunbeath & District Centre, or sent by post as detailed on the entry form.

Include a stamped, self-addressed envelope if you’d like to receive a copy of the answers.

The Prize Draw

All fully correct entries will be entered into a draw to win a £20 prize, with the winner announced on our website and social media channels.
